Our Pacamara is grown at about 1,700 to 1,850 meters above sea level in the town of Mataquescuintla, Guatemala. Our coffee is a light roast – this is with the intention to allow people to appreciate the characteristics of the coffee. Our cousin in Guatemala says that each variety of coffee he grows is of high quality – but of all of them, his Pacamara & Red Geisha are of the highest quality.
